Getting Started
How do I create a family account?
To create a family account, download the app and follow the onboarding process. You'll be prompted to create your account and set up your family profile. You can then invite family members to join your family group.
How do I add family members?
Once you've created your family account, you can add family members by going to the Family section in the app. Tap "Add Member" and enter their name and relationship. They'll receive an invitation to join your family.
Can children use the app?
Yes, children can use the app under parental supervision. Parents must create accounts for children under 13 and provide consent. Parents have full control over children's accounts and can manage their settings.
Points and Rewards
How do I award points?
To award points, go to the "Give Points" tab and select the family member you want to award points to. Choose the reason (chore, good behavior, achievement, etc.) and enter the number of points. The points will be added to their total immediately.
How do I track progress over time?
You can view your family's progress in the app. The timeline shows all point transactions, and you can see how everyone's scores have changed over time. This helps you track patterns and celebrate improvements.
How do leaderboards work?
Leaderboards show the current point standings for all family members. They update in real-time as points are awarded or deducted. You can view weekly, monthly, or all-time leaderboards to see who's leading the family.
Account and Settings
How do I change my password?
To change your password, go to Settings in the app and tap "Account." Select "Change Password" and follow the prompts to create a new password. Make sure to use a strong, unique password.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account at any time. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note that this will permanently delete all your data and cannot be undone.
How do I manage notifications?
You can manage notifications in your device settings or within the app. Go to Settings > Notifications to customize which notifications you receive, such as point updates, rewards, and family activity.
Technical Issues
The app is not loading properly
Try these troubleshooting steps:
- Check your internet connection
- Close and reopen the app
- Restart your device
- Update to the latest version of the app
- Clear the app cache in your device settings
I'm not receiving notifications
To fix notification issues:
- Check that notifications are enabled in your device settings
- Verify notification permissions in the app
- Make sure you're not in Do Not Disturb mode
- Try restarting your device
My data is not syncing
If your data isn't syncing across devices:
- Check your internet connection
- Make sure you're signed in with the same account
- Try signing out and back in
- Contact support if the issue persists
